  • WSP's (former Orbicon) new headquarters reflects the green profile of the engineering business, and the building's interior strengthens the corporate culture, interdisciplinary cooperation and employee well-being. We developed the building in a close collaboration with WSP.

  • The core of the building is centered around an open atrium that creates a vibrant heart with casual meeting places. We have situated quiet work areas throughout the building. Employees can use the different office environments as they wish, and the flexibility of the office building's layout supports teamwork, knowledge sharing and immersion.

A pleasant indoor climate with plenty of daylight helps create a good working environment, and the building draws light and green surroundings into the office space via two courtyard areas. Both the inside and the outside of the building have had equal influence on our building design.

The headquarters accommodates about 300 employees and consolidates all Orbicon's activities on Zealand.

  • DGNB Gold

The building has achieved DGNB Gold certification, which places strict demands on environmental, economic and social sustainability. The green solutions include solar cells on the roof, climate-adapted outdoor areas with local rainwater drainage, and remote cooling to ensure minimal energy consumption.
